    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I rise to second that Procedural Motion. As the Leader of the Majority Party has clearly articulated, it is a process. There are a total of 67 votes. If we were to take more than the proposed 30 minutes, we will spend a lot of time. I urge Members that for those votes where there are no amendments, they should hasten to conclude debate and allow the Chair to put the Question on that particular vote so that we complete this exercise, hopefully by tomorrow morning. There is the County Allocation of Revenue Bill which we just discussed in the Committee this morning. Hopefully, we will table it tomorrow morning and consider it in the afternoon. I urge Members to pass this Procedural Motion. I beg to second."
