"content": "As much we would approve the allocations to State House Cabinet Affairs two things need to come out. I hope we are not creating extra positions at State House and Cabinet Office. The Big Four Agenda can be coordinated by the existing Government departments. I do not see why we should create extra positions called Cabinet Affairs and allocate Kshs129 million to co- ordinate Big Four Agenda. What would be the work of the relevant ministries? For example, if it is the issue of housing, what is the work of the Ministry of Transport, Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development? Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, you have work to do. I do not think Members have understood what we are doing. We are now approving allocations to various programmes. We are working with programmes. So, Members need to be alert and know where we are removing money and where we are taking it to.
