    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. The destination where the money is being taken is good. It makes sense that we need to have teachers for TVETs. Vocational training is the way to go if we want to have the Big Four Agenda achieved. What is of concern is where the money is coming from. Of course, we know the deplorable condition in which our police are living. What I would like to understand is the amount of money allocated to police housing and how much money we are retaining to deal with the matter of police housing if we remove the Kshs30 million. That is so that we know we are not leaving our police to live in the deplorable condition that they are currently living in.
