    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. The Leader of the Majority Party has said what I would have wished to say, but let me add. Besides hiring trainers, the funds will also help to train other teachers so that we have enough teachers for all TVETs to enable the Government meet one of the requirements of the Big Four Agenda: manufacturing. We need skilled labour which can only be found in technical colleges where the funds have been allocated. We are going to be the beneficiaries."
