    "content": "I have to say that over time, we also need to increase the capitation money for our universities because some of the technical courses offered by our universities such as medicine and engineering never get enough funding. These are the courses the country needs most. A person taking a Bachelor Degree in Commerce and a Bachelor of Arts does not require more fee because capitation money is always enough for them. So, going forward, we need to put more emphasis and increase the capitation money, support students even when we talk about technical courses within universities."
