    "content": "Thank you. I also oppose the amendment. The Equalisation Fund is provided for by the Constitution. What has been allocated is very important if we retain it. It is unfair if we reduce it while in many years we have not had sufficient money in that kitty. The Constitution made this provision so that marginalised areas can be uplifted. It is crucial to have the amendment rejected."
