    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. The exemption of vehicles in this country is done through a procedure and it is clearly spelt out how it is given. This is done by the Minister on the advice of the National Standards Council and, again, on matters of national interest. It is not conceivable that when these exemptions are being given, the information that we are seeking will be scattered all over. It actually gives us a feeling that, perhaps, proper procedure has not been followed. But since this information should be in a known place, seven days is adequate for the Minister."
