    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I also wanted to contribute in terms of time. When you look even at the numbering of Questions on the Order Paper, there are Questions Nos.497, 507, 508, 502 and 476. This Question is actually much earlier than the rest of the Questions that have been answered. So, I just want to inform the Chair that the Minister really has no reason whatsoever, in addition to what hon. Kioni has already stated in law, to seek for more time. Parliament cannot be an excuse for an incompetent Government."
