    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for giving me the opportunity to contribute to this Bill. First of all, I thank the Chairperson and Members of the Standing Committee on Justice, Legal Affairs and Human Rights for bringing this Bill on the Floor of the House for debate. It is true as other Senators have pronounced themselves on his matter that the Auditor-General has found many county governments culpable for huge spending on bills arising from procurement of legal services. This Bill is good for two important reasons. One, the establishment of the office of the County Attorney will help to reduce and manage the costs that county governments The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposes only.
