    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker. I also rise to support this Bill. From the word go, it shows that there has been lack of legal advice in the various counties. In any case, this has led to what we have been observing in our counties, particularly, in the first county governments. I wish to support this Bill because of a number of issues. First, this Bill, whose objective is to set the Office of the County Attorney, provides for the standards and the framework for recruiting qualified staff. I have an imagination that, because of this framework throughout the 47 counties, all the county attorneys shall have the same qualifications.
