    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I need directions from you whether we can continue behaving the way we are behaving, having ruled on many occasions, including 4th February last year, that we must conduct debate with decorum. The Chair cautioned that we must be accurate with the information that we give to this House, in accordance with Standing Order No.82. I want to say that Mr. Ben Gituru falls within that general bracket of the four members. They are supposed to be seven directors. Four of them are clearly captured and have these general qualifications."
