    "content": "Hon. Minister, indeed, this Question has come back and forth. There are issues here. The Chair will want to study the HANSARD, look at the documents that have been tabled and give a direction on the same at a later date. But nonetheless, this is the question. The Chair still cannot play the role of the Parliament itself. The Chair directs that the relevant departmental Committee does move with speed look into this matter because of its importance and urgency, in that it is the question of the law being broken. The Government side, the Minister insists and maintains that the law has not been broken. I am not sure if that is the case. However, the Chair will hesitate to give a direction exactly whether the law has been broken or not. But nonetheless, the Chair directs that the relevant Committee moves with speed to look into this matter and report back to the House in two weeks."
