    "content": "We have many programmes in this country. We have the orphans and vulnerable children programme, the elderly, persons with disability and, now, the universal health programme, which will be in 12 countries. As I support this Motion, I would like to urge that we do not become a country that only comes up with very good programmes, but no implementation. Rather, we should ensure that we have adequate financial allocation and monitoring. I support the Motion and thank the Member because this is an extremely important aspect that we would like to address. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker."
