    "content": "Malnutrition in students is very rampant, especially in the rural setting. Pupils who do not have food will obviously have a problem in thinking, behaviour, health and factors that impact on academic performance. Therefore, I want to ask the Government to consider putting up this free school feeding programme, so as to enhance the good health of our students and performance in our schools. If this Motion is considered, discussion regarding poor performance in this House will be a thing of the past. We will experience a free level of competition when it comes to performance in schools."
