    "content": "So, we should ensure that such Motions are seriously supported and the Government ensures that they are implemented. I will be proposing that if this programme is to be well implemented, it should be constituted in the NG-CDF. We are in a better position to know the most affected schools and areas. So, I support it because Njoro Constituency has been affected greatly. Children are not going to school due to high poverty levels and it is time we supported such initiatives."
