    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for the opportunity. Allow me to thank Hon. Vincent Kemosi for this Motion. I have been listening to Members here and I had quite a number of definitions of this Motion on school feeding programme. The one that fits in most is the one that I got from the World Bank. Allow me to quote: “That this programme targets social safety acts that provide both educational and health benefits to the most vulnerable children, thereby increasing enrolment rates, reducing absenteeism and improving on food security at the household level.”"
