    "content": "This definition summarises everything that we are talking about. When we talk about enrolment rates and the school feeding programme, even parents or caretakers who may think that the children will stay at home will encourage those children to go to school so that they can have something to eat. There is the issue of absenteeism. There is no hungry child who would not want to go to school when he or she knows there will be something to eat in school. Next is the issue of improvement of food security. We have been moving around this country and we know that food security is a challenge to this country. If this programme is in place, I am sure this will improve on food security. Therefore, it will be good for Kenyans, especially the young ones who will be growing. I have been capturing from the media that this or that Member has been issuing out bursaries to secondary schools.
