This has really been a major concern to many Kenyans who have acquired this disease through their lifestyle and they cannot afford to pay for it. Is the Assistant Minister aware that most of the kits used to treat these patients attract Value Added Tax (VAT)? What will the Ministry do so that the kits can be categorized as non-pharmaceutical products?"
