    "content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. The mood he was watching was for those who have taken breakfast, but this Motion entails those who are from marginalised areas and children who cannot access food even in their homesteads. I support this Motion because I am a beneficiary of school feeding programme. First, I want to assure this House that I am one of the beneficiaries of the Nyayo Milk. I know how beneficial it was. I also benefitted from the lunch programme when it started in this country. It would go to all schools, but now we only have a few selected schools even in ASAL areas. Only a few schools benefit from this programme. This Motion caters for all schools including those in urban areas. This will be great. For people who come from ASAL areas like me, it will be of great benefit to everyone. The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposes only.
