    "content": "The biggest problem that we have in this country is corruption. This programme was running very smoothly, but because of corruption, some schools were removed. If we follow it closely, it will be very easy for us to roll it out in all schools. We should have a good budget that will facilitate the provision of the school feeding programme in all schools. This programme should be channeled to the State Department for Special Programmes. I have heard people propose that it should go to the Woman Representative and others to the NG- CDF. If this programme is handled by the State Department for Special Programmes, it will work very effectively and bring sanity to the country. It will be easier for us to oversee it instead of it being taken to the NG-CDF or to the Woman Representative. By doing that, it is like we want to push it to ourselves. We want a way where we will be in a position to oversee it, so that it can benefit many children in this country. With those few remarks, I beg to support the Motion."
