    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am aware that, in fact, some of the kits that we use in the treatment of diabetes are taxed. As a Ministry, we have requested the Treasury to exempt some of these products from duty. In fact, it is very expensive for a diabetic patient to undergo various laboratory examinations and we feel that we should approach the Treasury for assistance. This House has a responsibility to assist us to do that."
