    "content": " I am not going to repeat what everybody has said. I want to remind ourselves that our Constitution in Articles 43 and 53 talks about the economic and social rights. Then, it specifically dwells on the rights of the child. We cannot legislate on issues that are seen to discriminate against others. Outright, I would want to thank the sponsor of this Motion. We had sat down with him and I apologise for coming to second late. If we put the right mechanisms in place, I know we are going to improve the performance of our children in school, improve their health and their general development. This is a very important concept. We should not leave it at this point. We need it to go to the Committee on Implementation."
