Could he confirm to this House that on 3rd February, 2010, a letter written by his Ministry headed “Closure and Re-routing of Old A2 Currently C71 and D1554 in LR---” Could the Assistant Minister confirm that he has given notice to the residents of the area that the Ministry wants to close this public road that leads to Kandara in order to give it over to a private company known as Thika Greens Limited? I will table the letter later on."
