My assumption is that, that takes into consideration the public policy on the same, informs the best decision, and what the Government policy on such issues is. Are you sure you have addressed yourself to those concerns in your answer, or is it the assumption of the Chair that the closure and the re-routing will happen in the sequence they are indicated? Will you re-route and then close the road? Which is which?"
