    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. In the same vein, I take this opportunity as a former Minister for Education to congratulate these students who have a great deal of performance to be able to transcend beyond the competitive nature of their examination and shining as the best example of our output in our educational system. They represent the best. I want to wish them well. The future belong to them and they should look around at what stands as a good lesson for them to pick from the society and from the environment within which they operate. Obviously, the most important thing is decorum and order. You can already see that when the Speaker in this House says “Order,” we all sit down; we do not argue with the Speaker. I wish you well."
