    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is unfortunate that that road has remained in that state for that long. But I want to assure the hon. Member that their troubles are over because, as I have indicated, the Government of Kenya and the ADB are at a very high level in terms of agreeing and getting to the conclusion of this matter. We already have a design. What is going on is a design review. On the basis of the design that we already have, we will proceed and do the procurement by April next year."
