    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker, for allowing me to resume my contribution to this important and historical Motion on the Senate sittings outside Nairobi. We know very well that at the grassroots, people have a lot of expectation on Senators. The only way that we can be relevant to the people and demonstrate to them our good leadership is by going to the people and demonstrating or giving them quality service while we are there. I support this Motion because it will give us the opportunity to demonstrate our leadership style. Many people in different counties have different challenges because they do not even know how to do different things. We can be role models to the people in the county governments. Just by going to different counties, we can boost their morale. Our presence in the county will boost the economy.
