    "content": "But as you know, the setting up of a Select Committee involves a Motion. It involves a Motion being moved indicating the names of the Members to be in that Committee and, the House votes. Do not, for once, entertain the suspicion I could use Standing Order No. 1 to declare that a Select Committee has been set up. In setting up a select committee, the House votes! If I were to go to Standing Order No. 1, I would be violating Article 122 of the Constitution. So, I will not do that. The matter was raised on the Floor yesterday through the Statement sought by Hon. Lesuuda and referred to the Departmental Committee on Trade, Industry and Co-operatives. I heard the leaders talk about two committees."
