First, I want to refer you to a similar situation about a month ago in this House when three people were shot dead in my constituency, Eldama Ravine. We succeeded to send a Parliamentary Committee on Administration and National Security to the ground to collect the facts. You will realize, from the Report which will be tabled here, that the facts will be totally different from what the Assistant Minister presented. I want to request that this particular incident be referred to the Parliamentary Committee on Administration and National Security, so that this Ministry can stop taking us in circles and killing Kenyans with impunity."
