    "content": "The other issue is that of Stamp Duty, where anybody buying a house for the first time will be exempted from paying it. This is important in this era when we are talking about affordable housing to our people. We need to support this proposal, so that we can encourage more Kenyans to buy houses and live in decent environments. The more we do this, the more you find more Kenyans buying houses so that we can supplement whatever the Government is doing in terms of construction of houses. This is going to be very important.
