    "content": "On the issue of taxation, we normally say, as economists, that tax is a good evil. When you are being taxed at an individual level, you feel bad. The other day, I was in one of our vernacular radio stations and one of the presenters was telling me that if he had opportunity to tell his employer that he should not be taxed, he would do that as soon as possible. He is a bitter Kenyan when he sees the amount he is paying every month and the level of corruption where part of his money is involved in that corruption."
