    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, you know when I speak very passionately about issues of corruption, it inspires Members until they press buttons that they did not intend to. That is normal for Hon. Korir to press that button because it just shows that he is in agreement with what I am talking about. Young members of Parliament like him do not want a country that is so corrupt that we leave nothing for the youth. Very soon, the young people will be eating us. Finally, because I can see that my time is up, we must slay the dragon of corruption and impunity in this country. Unless we deal with those two main issues, all the legislative work that we do here will become a circus. Year in, year out, we make amendments but our lives are not changing, especially for the women, youth, persons with disabilities and the marginalised. We must change the way we do business in this country."
