It is a welcome move because owning a home is a milestone in this country because of land speculation and the taxes imposed before building a house. The National Construction Authority (NCA) imposes taxes. The President had to intervene because it was impossible to construct a home and even other institutions because you were supposed to pay taxes, even before you start construction."
