    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I take this opportunity to thank the House for pronouncing itself. You know this is the only time when Kenyans see how the National Assembly contributes by ensuring that the proposals by the President to implement the Big Four Agenda are enhanced by passing laws in this House. This is a very important House. The direction we have taken of amending and passing these laws at the right time will enhance the implementation of the Big Four for the betterment of our country."
