"content": "In exercise of these powers conferred by Section 48 of the Community Land Act, 2016 the Cabinet Secretary Ministry of Lands and Physical Planning published the Community Land Regulations, 2017 on 24th November 2017 via Legal Notice No. 279 of 2017. Following this publication the CS in compliance with Section 11 of the Statutory Instruments Act, submitted the Regulations to the Clerk of the National Assembly on 7th December 2017. The National Assembly immediately committed these Regulations to the Committee on Delegated Legislation."
