    "content": "Also, very worrying is the fact that there was no public participation. They came up with regulations where they found it fit to consult the Senators and the Ministry of Finance but they did not consult the National Assembly and county governments. That in itself was a big oversight on their part. They need to know that ours is not the fact that we have any issues with them. We have issues with them not following the law and the Constitution. So, to the extent that we are told of the inconsistencies that are found in the entire regulation, we therefore say: “No” and nullify."
