    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker for this opportunity. I am a Member of this hardworking Committee that has been praised a lot. I rise to support the decision by this Committee to annul these regulations that were brought to this House by the Senate. Before I mention my points, I support with a heavy heart when I listened to my Chair and the seconder standing up to say that this Committee is made up of senior lawyers who have reputations to guard. I begin to wonder whether I am in the wrong committee because I am not a lawyer."
