    "content": "As much as we have annulled these Regulations, we told them to go back and do a thorough job. Once they are ready, they can bring back a new set of regulations for our consideration. We will review them together with them because they have very many pending applications. It is also a good avenue to make some little money so that we do not complain of cash-flow challenges. Indeed, we have so many pending assignments that need to be done that could be done by drones. It is upon them now to move with speed to ensure that they revise the same and align them with the international standards as they take care of our national security and personal privacy."
