    "content": "In as much as we have good use for drones there can also be very bad uses. You know as a matter of public domain that drones have been used by the Al Shabaab to kill people. That is why we need to tighten these Regulations to ensure that the security of this country is not compromised by having bad regulations which if we allow can be easily manipulated and we find drones in the wrong hands."
