    "content": "As I conclude, there was also a serious feeling by the Members that the licence fee is excessive. I remember somebody who I will not mention conceded during the meeting that he also thought so, but they were told to put this figure to see the reaction. Someone gets the feeling that this was deliberately done so that small traders cannot get licences for drones. I wonder whether that was the intention. I think the figure was about Ksh200,000 and we all know there are many types of drones including toys and small ones. Why would you charge a Kenyan that kind of money yet, there was no adequate public participation?"
