    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I rise to support this Petition. This is purely a man-made disaster. We have lost lives and livelihoods. The aftermath of this disaster is leading us to another disaster of disease outbreak, disaster and poverty. Our people have enough livestock, but because of disease outbreak, they will wake up paupers the following day. I support this Petition and I want KenGen to be criminally held responsible for destroying lives. Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker."
