    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I rise to support the Petition. The issue of floods is all over the country and many counties were affected. We need to establish how we can respond to disaster. We need to see how we can manage disaster and compensate the victims of disaster. This country has good policies on every department, but the problem is implementation. Turkana County was affected seriously and we lost lives, property and livestock which is our livelihood. We need to form a committee to investigate this issue."
