    "content": "Training also involves costs. National Youth Service recruits undergo training for six months. The NPS train their recruits for over six months. The KDF does the same training. It is the same training that is done at the NYS. Therefore, if we were to recruit from the NYS, it would mean that the training period will shorten and the training cost will come down. That will be another advantage of recruiting from NYS. I am not saying that we entirely recruit from NYS. We should give priority to NYS. If a disciplined service still needs more personnel, it can recruit from the public."
