    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity to second the Motion. It is prioritizing the absorption of NYS servicemen and servicewomen by the disciplined services. Indeed, it is a timely Motion. We spend a lot of money on training of NYS recruits, during which we instill skills on our young men and women. I am disappointed that after taking our young men and women through that kind of paramilitary training, most of them end up being jobless. We do not absorb them into our disciplined services. Therefore, they become a threat to national security. Naturally, if they are not absorbed into the service, a trained and energetic young man can use his skills elsewhere, if he gets an opportunity. Our jobless trained youth can be misused by criminal gangs and terrorist groups. Therefore, the need to have our young men and women absorbed by our disciplined services cannot be gainsaid."
