    "content": " I wanted to say that the group we recruit into the NYS and train for six months, go for this training with a lot of enthusiasm. They go there hoping that they will make it in their lives. They come out somehow confused because when they come out after six months, they start coming to us to look for jobs after being trained and a lot of money being spent. As a country, we need to take advantage of this group of young men and women who, when they report to the training centres, can be given an opportunity to declare their career interests. They can be told to declare if they want to join the forces when they report. The country has a chance to watch over those young men and women for six months before they can finally be recruited into the forces.
