    "content": "we should sit back and watch the military do the same training and recruitment as talents endowed in the NYS servicemen and servicewomen get wasted. I would urge this House, and especially the Departmental Committee on Labour and Social Welfare, to pick from this Motion and come up with a very clear model on training of youth in the military and other disciplined services. It is a waste of public funds to train youth at the NYS and dispel them and then we allow Kenya Defence Forces and other disciplined services to recruit other youths, give them similar training and employ them."
