    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity to also speak on this Motion. First, I want to congratulate and thank the Member of Parliament who brought this Motion to the Floor. I remember very well that about 40 years ago, the NYS used to be a transition method to any other institution. Our youth - both girls and boys or men and women - are recruited into NYS for a purpose. It is to prepare them to get into any other institution. When I hear some Members opposing this Motion maybe it is because they feel that they are marginalised during the NYS recruitment. I am happy that the Mover of this Motion has mentioned that there should be a proper procedure of NYS recruitment. Those are the right people to join the disciplined forces because they are already mentally and physically prepared to finish their training in the disciplined forces. I still believe that those people can be recruited into the disciplined forces and start their own businesses because they are already prepared. It is a transition method to any other institution. I am calling upon Hon. Members to support this Motion because the NYS should be given a proper budget so that they maintain their training. It is the only way that our youth can be trained so that they can join the disciplined forces and be encouraged to start their own businesses. Our Government has set aside some funds for the youth and women. This is the right group. I want to encourage them wherever they are listening to this Motion today that it will be easier for them to use this money for their own businesses. I am sure that once they are given a chance to join the disciplined forces, it will be one way of solving the problems of the youth in this country. I thank the Member of Parliament who brought this Motion to the Floor. I support it fully. With those few remarks, I support the Motion."
