    "content": "When I was growing up, I remember that the NYS was the in-thing. Everyone who used to grow up during my time always wanted to get into the NYS because it was the in-thing. The ideals and the ideas of the NYS at that time were genuine and committed to the empowerment of the youths. All graduates who completed secondary school education wanted to get into the NYS. That is why we are even discussing it now. We have so many young people who roam our streets every day in search of employment and they have nowhere to go. I come from Migori. I was a Member for that county in the last Parliament. Right from Kisii, Rongo until the border of Isibania, our young people roam our streets without jobs and yet our young people are graduates of the NYS. Of what use is NYS if it cannot guarantee employment of our young people?"
