    "content": "I support the Motion, but there should be amendments. The Motion talks about disciplined forces only. It should be broadened to include other Government agencies like parastatals so that we can have as many as possible trained young men and women absorbed. In five years, NYS trains over 100,000 young men and women. Even if some of them were to be absorbed by the disciplined services, a big number would still be left out. We will still not solve the problem. So, I urge the House that even as we support the Motion, we need to broaden the scope so that we absorb as many as possible into our Government systems. I agree with fellow Members that as much as we train the young people we are actually setting ourselves up for a bigger problem in future. They need to be absorbed somewhere else, not just in the disciplined forces."
