    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. A fortnight ago, I wrote a letter to you indicating that I will be handling resettlement of my constituents who were affected by the floods. It was in line with Standing Order No.260, which I invoked in that letter. The registration happened during the same period. I have come today a little indisposed because even the voice has changed. I will endeavour to register within the shortest possible space of time. I apologise for the delay, but I think my reasoning is well in order. Thank you.
